Description: Symmetry First Architects initially designed a 9,000 square foot prototypical shell building for use as flexible office/warehouse space. The approved Site Development Plan will permit the construction of three of these shell buildings. As of August, 2010, two of the buildings have been constructed. The buildings are fully sprinklered and include an expandable mezzanine. The property is zoned M-1 (Light Manufacturing.)
In preparation for tenant occupancy in Buildings 1 and 2, Symmetry First has prepared construction documents and secured construction permits for three tenants.
