Symmetry First designed the interior and exterior renovation for an existing medical office building. Design services included field measurement, design, permitting and contract administration. The interior work consisted of separating the interior into three tenant spaces – two on the second level and one on the first – and refreshing the interior with new finishes. The challenge was to re-work the existing plan for the two tenants, while providing for future expansion with minimal intervention. The lower level, which is below grade on three sides, required a moisture control solution. The exterior work focused on improving the curb appeal, providing ADA accessibility and removing portions of a dated canopy. More than a facelift, this project brought life back to a solid building.
