In a design/build relationship with Albrecht Construction, Symmetry First designed the tenant fit-out for six clinics in three locations. The work included programming, design, permitting and construction administration.

I.  Walker Mill Health Center – Construction Cost $402,000 (see plan below)

Renovation and expansion of 4,800 square feet of commercial space for a community health clinic.

II. Brandywine Health Center - Construction Cost $169,000

Tenant fit-out for 3,100 square feet of commercial space for a community health clinic.

III. Brandywine Health Center - Construction Cost $453,000

Tenant fit-out for 4,600 square feet of commercial space for a community health clinic.

IV. Walker Mill Health Center – Construction Cost $160,000

Tenant fit-out for 1,100 square feet of commercial space for Health Clinic’s billing office.

V. Oxon Hill WIC Clinic – Construction Cost $323,000

Tenant fit-out for 3,502 square feet of space for Greater Baden’s Women, Infant and Children’s Program.

VI. Oxon Hill Pediatric & Dental Clinic - Construction Cost $237,000

Tenant fit-out for 2,842 square feet of space for Greater Baden’s pediatric and dental clinics.
