Symmetry First Architects designed a new 4,200 square foot building to replace the original Mel's Liquors building destroyed by fire in September 2012. The ground floor houses a liquor store (Mel's) and a carry‐out restaurant with a full commercial kitchen (L&D Tacos and Pizza).
