Description: An existing 2,700 sq. ft. heavy timber building was increased in size by 800 square feet, adding office and meeting space. In addition to the building expansion, work included replacement of windows and doors, and a complete roof replacement, which utilized ventilated roof sheathing to introduce proper ventilation under the asphalt shingle roof. The construction work was performed in large part by M-NCPPC maintenance personnel.
